Thought my phone was a gonner , 30 mins in the van & it was like brand new , even came to my work place on my lunch hour . 5 star service , thank you so so much

So my 12yr old daughter smashed her iPhone today to the point that it didn't work at all as she couldn't see the screen at all. A quick phonecall to "iDropped it" and within two hours my daughter was happy again and could carry on watching endless rubbish on YouTube (as they do). Big thanks to Paul who was great and got the screen fixed in less than half hour. Would highly recommend these guys!

Second time having these which i highly reccomend had 2 ipads fixed this morning lovely chap great service fast service and excellent service too also recommended screen protectors aswell as they are the children's ipads so ordered them with them had 1 today and the other 2 have been ordered in and they are better cases than the ones i bought so im very very happy as always with idropped it services these are the best youll get � one happy customer indeed �

Booked the visit yesterday online and Paul arrived early at my work place and has done a great job . As my battery was rubbish he also fitted a new one with a discount for having 2 jobs done same time .

I phoned around yesterday for quotes and this was same price that Timpsons charge but much more convenient as they came to me and took less than an hour to fix .. I would highly reccomend ..

Heard about iDropped it from Facebook. Queried about fixing my sons iPhone 6 last night which the screen was smashed but the actual screen was also damaged & initially thought the phone may not be repairable. Had a response almost immediately & given a quote. Within less than 24hrs the phone was fixed.



Outstanding service provided, so professional, most importantly this was done at our home so no needing to go somewhere to have it fixed. Will highly recommend yourselves to anyone.

After 10 years of iPhone ownership, the inevitable finally happened... my first cracked screen on a Sunday morning at work. A quick call to Paul, and he had arranged to be at my house when I get home from work. Within 30 minutes, my screen was replaced and it was good as new. Would happily use again and recommend!

Excellent service! Messaged them at 9pm last night. Looking brand new today and I didn’t even need to leave the house. Thank you so much!

Excellent service again msg them 8.30 last night to fix iPad screen and 10 this morning came and fixed it outside house.. friendly and efficient service and couldn't recommend them highly enough �

Received a text message and an email shortly after confirming the mobile appointment.



Paul Charles replaced the battery within 30 minutes, and all in all, a very professional and efficient business.



Would definitely recommend rather than the Indian chap in McCarthur Glen sat in a hut.

Amazing company, my children accidentally broke my iPad screen on holiday last week, and these guys came out and fixed it, absolutely brilliant. Ironically I found out about them driving behind them on the way back from holiday, I’m very grateful they were able to come to Pontypridd to fix the screen, really friendly and very professional service.

Absolutely outstanding service. My iPad fell off my car roof and was badly smashed and dented. The dents have been filed down and a new screen fitted, looks nearly brand new again! iPhone 6 wouldn’t hold its charge, brand new battery fitted and I finally have a reliable phone that won’t need to have a charger constantly attached to it.

I booked late Saturday night and they were here midday Sunday . I will not go anywhere else now. If you want a quick , reasonably priced and reliable service choose these guys!! Fantastic all round!!! Thank you �
