Due to an increase of clients failing to attend their appointments, we will be enforcing our no show policy. If you have failed twice previously to attend an appointment, you will be expected to pay a deposit for your next booked service.
We appreciate that things crop up and life is busy, but we are turning people away thinking we are fully booked. Please try and let us know if you cant attend your christmas appointment today or Christmas Eve.... We are a small buisness and have bills to pay too, and no show appointments massively effect this.
