so happy we got in contact after only one visit we have a very well behaved dog thank you so much for everything you taught us x

i will hold my hand up and say i haven't took my dog for a walk for weeks, the reason being he pulls and pulls and its stressful hes a big dog, but i understand because he is a big dog he needs exercise, so i called Michelle out, and within 10 minutes my bog was walking nice on a lead, within 20 minutes i was walking my dog, Michelle taught me how to handle him, how to interact with him. And i have just came back from the longest walk my dog has ever had and i enjoyed every minute of it and so did my dog, cant thank you enough Michelle, i can really look forward to my dog being my best friend now.

Well Shell i dont know where to start....2 hours with you has made the whole world of difference to Marley.....and to me.

I honestly can't believe the difference and so quickly.

3 days ago he was a crazy pup who thought he was King of the castle, HE took ME for walks, he was constantly pulling and walks were a chore, the min the door was opened the kids and me would scramble around ducking and diving trying to catch him before he burst out the door like a prisoner from Alcatraz, when he would then turn, flick me the bird and do a runner (ok not quite but it felt that way) lol.

After his training session (and mine) he walks heal to heal with me, he doesnt attempt to pull once, he walks beautifully like a proud little pudding, he looks to me for guidance throughout and walks are structured and pleasant. His ball time is brilliant, he chases, tracks it down brings it back and drops it on command with a proud look on his face instead of his usual (screw you its mine, ball's mine, sticks mine, your mine, the world is mine, que evil laughter mwahahah �)

He is also now aware of his boundaries when the door is answered and doesnt bolt but sits and waits as told while i make small talk with everyone just to keep him waiting while i test him that much longer with the door wide open....que MY evil laugh ��

Marley is a much happier dog,i am a much much happier Fur Mama and we are so grateful. Thanks for all the advice and looking forward to our next session. ���� xxxx

We have used michelle for one session and the difference is amazing! Best money we have spent. We have a different dog the whole family can enjoy. We only had issues with her jumping up and pulling on lead... or so we thought. Turned out our little Madame thought she was the head of the household. Since our session with michelle we have put our pouch back in her place and she is a complete delight. Not jumping on everyone, not annoying people etc.



Just been camping and we a little concerned how her behaviour would be. Everyone with us commented on how different she is, calmer and enjoying her self but relaxed. Everyone we met said she was a lovely well behaved dog!



Highly recommend michelle to anyone with a dog... she's magic!

Michelle is really friendly and approachable. Michelle definitely knows her stuff, very knowledgeable and on hand for any questions!

Both of our boys worked hard and responded brilliantly to their training, after one lesson they were different / better behaved dogs, with Michelle the results were seen straight away. I would highly recommend Michelle to anyone who has a dog!

Michelle is amazing a very talented kind and reassuring lady she knows her stuff we were at our wits end until she appeared and we are now all being trained doggies and their humans xx

Just realised I forgot to review!



We re homed our gorgeous boy in January. He’s always been so loving and friendly and he’s only young so I expected him to get excited over things but he could at times be hard to control when he got carried away playing etc and i found it difficult to get him to have boundaries and listen to me when distracted, and his re call was terrible as he would rather see other dogs than come back to me.

WELL.. Michelle came along and taught me everything I need to know on how to have a none pulling, reactive to me, happy, still cheeky, waiting when asked, coming when asked, well behaved boy with boundaries and a boy who respects me. He was always my best friend but I really feel I’m his now as the training has brought us closer �

I couldn’t be happier with what I’ve learnt and I will continue to practice every day. Can’t thank Michelle enough �

She’s patient, understanding, very supportive and encouraging. I’d have a session with her every week if I could, just for the support, and Zeus loves her �

He’s come such a long way.

I feel so much more empowered to take control of my pack of 5 dogs now.

I wasn't going to write a review until the end of my staffie crosses Trainning, however I am so impressed with the difference in her since Michelle did a meet and greet 2 days ago that I just had to give 5 stars. Today for the first time since we brought Harley home from the rescue centre 6 months ago she sat down and let a dog pass without even a show of her teeth! She would have normally completely lost it more and than likely taking a snap at me too. Can not recommend incharge Trainning enough. I am so looking forward to continuing with what Michelle had told us to do and our next session in a few weeks �

I wanted to wait a few weeks before writing a review as I knew nothing would be a quick fix for our Bentley. Michelle is absolutely lovely and so easy to get on with, her knowledge of dogs is huge and I’ve loved working with her. Bentley had become a rather cheeky boy and was becoming quite aggressive when in the garden and getting very overexcited when people came round. Michelle had him behaving like an angel within a few minutes of being in the house. She’s taught me the tools to bring Bentley in line and I can honestly say he’s a different dog now! I enjoy walking and playing with him and his recall has got so much better. She also advised us on the right food and treatments for him. She’s always on hand for messages for extra support too. Thank you for all your help � xxxx

I picked up a Staffordshire bull terrier from a rescue centre. This was my first dog. He is a fantastic dog but pulled a lot on his lead and basically did what ever he wanted. I got intouch with Michelle and organised a training session. All I can say is that she was awsome. She taught me about dogs and how to achieve what I wanted. With in 1 session he was walking perfect on the lead and reacted to my commands. To get the best out of your dog and have a great enjoyable relationship together give Michelle a call

I must admit I didn't hold out much hope of anyone training Lulu, it's been tried so many times before but Michelle has performed a miracle!

All I need now is to get the owner trained ( that's me ) because I have seen for myself that Lulu can walk by your side and can be controlled when walking past other dogs.

I can't thank Michelle enough for the transformation with our 2 spaniels, aged 3 & 7...she visited us twice & although it was tough going at first, I was determined not to give up...the hardest part is training the humans in the family...but now Sooty will let me load & unload the washing machine without doing a runner with the smalls lol...& the pleasure I now have in me walking them,... instead of them walking me, is amazing..

So Michelle, I would just like to send u a massive hug & a huge thank u yet again, for making me, one very happy dog owner..I cannot recommend you enough x x x

Had our first training session with Michelle this morning and she is amazing! We have struggled to control our two, 5 month old rottie pups on walks and within minutes of being out with her, they were walking like a dream. They were both so well mannered, the transformation was incredible. We are now taking on board all her advice and techniques and with consistency we will have dogs that will be a joy to take out and about. We would most definitely highly recommend Michelle. Big thanks to Michelle for my training session, cant believe how fast Tommy listened to her and walking without pulling some thing I could never master, ive since taken him out on my own, doing exactly what Michelle said and I'm very pleased with the results. Another fab session with Michelle and In Charge Training today. The first time Michelle met my American bulldog Busta he was aggressive with people and out of control. I cried my eyes out while he attacked Michelle (muzzled), she stood strong and let him get it out of his system and thankfully she returned! From that day until now you could have made a documentary about the huge improvement in Busta, he is a happy, calm content dog now. People can touch him, his issues with cars have all but gone completely and walking him on the lead is a delight. That first day I honestly thought my dog would have to be put to sleep, I was scared of what he could do to someone, Michelle has saved Busta and every day I put into practice the training she has given us with amazing results. Without Michelles help with not only Bustas issues but my own issues too God only knows what might have happened to my Busta -boo. I cannot thank her enough!!! xxx

Absolutely amazing lady. Helped with my puppy pulling and i learnt so much from her. Blaze is still learning and by using what i was taught he is coming along nicely. Would reccommend to everyone with a dog/puppy it will be the best money you ever spend.

1st session tonight .. and I'm amazed. .. We didn't have a clue what to do next with Henry. .. After just 5 minutes ....for the 1st time ever someone else was in control. I've babied him from tiny and today's my first step to being in charge. Best thing we have done ... Thank you xx
