With my clients physical and mental well being in mind, I aim to provide individual and informed care and support that does not compromise my clients choices and independence.
My training and experience covers many people with varying needs, abilities, disabilities, illnesses, behaviours, learning and physical difficulties, visually impaired, mental health, autism, dementia, the elderly, depression.
I have given regular daily support and advice within social activities, health and hygiene, relationship and friendship advice, financial support and advice, budgeting, cooking and nutrition, holiday support (booking, organising and assisting), childcare support, organising and supporting social activities (gym, dance, training for runs, sports, night life etc).
