A counselling service which encourages clients to explore their past and shape and CREATE their future. Your past does not have to dictate your happiness now or your future contentment. Behaviours and thoughts can change. It can be, and usually is, hard work but it is worth it. Give it a go! !
For individuals I charge £45 or £30 for people on a low income, for a 1 hour session.
For couples I charge £65 for 1 hour 15 minute session.
