Arranged my MOT, service & valet for a second time, and again they did not disappoint. Received excellent service, friendly communication & first class attention.
Have recommended them to friends and i will most certainly be returning to use them again

I literally can't praise in n'out more. I was an hour late but they still fitted me in with no drama at all! The staff are always INCREDIBLY friendly and helpful and I was literally 'in n'out' within about half an hour. Absolutely fantastic service. I'll always recommend in n'out for MOT's

Visited the centre to have a service carried out. I did ask them to check the brakes and was told that the pads and discs had some wear left but was told that the brake pipes were seriously corroded and the technician told me they could go at anytime. I was given a price to complete the works. I contacted an independent mechanic to get a 2nd opinion and he said that yes there was wear on the pads and discs but disagreed about the state of the pipes. He checked my most recent MOT and he said nothing was mentioned about the pipes. The MOT was done in May of this year. He assured me the pipes were fine and he changed the discs and pads at my request. I'm a little annoyed to be told that the pipes could go at any moment and if that was the case why was I allowed to drive away from the centre if this was the case. Also they didn't change the air filter which I thought happened on every service. I have used the Cardiff centre in the past but will definitely shop around next time to get a few different quotes.

Had a very bad experience here. Car needed new brake pads but they didn't put my front wheel back on properly which resulted in it nearly coming off on the A48. Car wobbling around as bolts not tightened. Staff unapologetic and fobbed me off. Go to a proper garage or get an impartial MOT with no hidden costs from Cardiff Council.

I had my car's air-conditioning system refilled at in n out. Very happy with the service. Staff were cheery and helpful. The waiting area was clean and welcoming. The job was completed on time and at the agreed price. Many thanks.
