Would just like to thank the ladies at inspirations for all their help and advise on the purchase of my new wig.. I love it!!! & best of all you can't tell it's a wig!!. After losing my hair to cancer treatment I was a little bit apprehensive about having a wig. I was straight away made to feel at ease & nothing was too much trouble for them. Fab ladies, great service would recommend to anyone looking for an amazing wig. Thanks again. Laura

What an excellent service and finish from start to finish ! Heather and the team are excellent , very professional and skilled at what they do . The whole experience from start to finish was exceptional and I have had years of experience of beaded systems and extensions in other places and this was by far the best ! In comparison to what I have had before , the system created for me by Heather and the beaded fitting was superior to my previous ones and total undetectable . I feel now I can resume my sporting active life which I didn’t have before . The attention to detail of the final product was amazing . For anyone who has worn systems before you have to prepare for fitting and refitting to get it just right for you , it is different to ordinary hair salons . At Inspirations the exceptional way staff created and finished my product to get it just right for me was exceptional in comparison to other places . I can’t wait for my next visit . I also had an amazing experience with jane she made me feel very relaxed and comfortable as i didnt know what to expect when i had my nhs referral. Heather is an amazing hairdresser. She gives you excellent and genuine advice. She not only wants you to look amazing she aims to make you feel amazing. She has been my hairdresser for over ten years.

Having chemo and Loosing my hair was one of the biggest things in my life, I didn't want this to be happening at all, I choose to visit inspirations on a recommendation to get my wig, on my first visit both ladies were pleasant but I still felt very uncomfortable . This may have been a lot to to with how I was feeling about myself. The wig was orded

On picking my wig up yesterday to be told initially that it was too big for me and they would reorder I felt very deflated and down, I just told them that I wanted my wig today and I wasn't leaving the shop without one, this was my choice.

I did it feel that they had the time and what I needed to get this wig right on my head I felt very rushed and kept saying it would be ok I felt so so uncomfortsble and just wanted too get out of the shop, if they had taken more time and cut it to my style I may have felt very different, instead I felt like a burden.

I came home and took the wig to my long and trusted hairdresser who showed empathy and understanding, she took her time to get my wig right to give me the confidence to go out with it on, she was truly a life saver yest and I can't thank her enough. If I need another wig I will not go back to inspirations I felt that this was not the shop for me although they have had many fantastic reviews. Thanks for ordering the wig but that's about it!!
