As a forward thinking and highly successful Community Interest Company with no shareholders we reinvest any surpluses we make into the communities we serve.

As a regulated Community Interest Company, our parent company, Warm Wales-Cymru Gynnes, brings a community centred approach to economic, social and environmental sustainability. We invest in the communities in which we work and leave a legacy of positive achievements. Whilst others are offering some of these services, we believe that few other organisations offer this unique blend of knowledge, expertise, and access to funding, to the housing sector in Wales and the West of England.

In addition to funding for gas connections under the Wales & West Utilities Fuel Poor Scheme, we are able to access grant aid from other schemes such as the Community Energy Savings Programme (CESP). Our grant funding enables us to provide innovative financial solutions for challenging projects.
