Under took the warranty work on a used car I bought in Newport, absolutely first class staff and service. I actually live in Wiltshire so it's an hours drive to get there but I will continue using them in future. Thanks for the first class work and wow what an improvement on the car .

UPDATE

Nearly a year later had a new issue with the car which was sorted out very quickly and now the car is better than it's been in months FIRST CLASS

So refreshing to find a specialist business with all the right tools and the intelligence to use them - which is the crucial difference with Kris. Having been to a specialist to repair my BMW where they failed because the 'computer said no' Kris was able to diagnose and repair it promptly and give it back running better than ever. With modern vehicles being ever more complex, the man running the diagnostic tool is much more important than the computer and it's software. Kris is that man.

So 2 weeks ago i had a swirl flap delete and remap setup on my BMW E46 320d. The swirl flaps cause problems on these cars and the safest option is to remove them. The quality of work and information given was the best you could expect and the way the car now performs reflects that! The power has gone from 150bhp to 197bhp and torque from 330nm to 450nm. Quite an improvement is an understatement the car feels like a rocket compared to before. Fuel economy got better too. A full take used to do 550miles and now does 610miles doing the same journey day in day out on the duel carriageways back and fore to work. Thanks to Kris and his team for your hard work

Kris correctly diagnosed fault remotely and resolved a 4 day non start situation. Awesome work above and beyond the call of duty from one of the industry's good guys. Anyone can clear a fault code but knowing how to interpret the information is a different matter. Kris Sheridan knows.

Kris came out to the house to remap my VW T5 Transporter, really great guy who knew his job and my van inside out.



Remapped the van from 140bhp to 180bhp and an equivalent increase in torque and the difference in the van is like night and day.



Fantastic job, explained what he was doing each step of the way and was able to sort out a fault code on the ECU, would recommend to anyone 100%



Kris is coming back to fit reversing camera and some Day Running lights :)

I took my Mercedes SLK to Chris due to a non starter issue and he managed to sort it out for me, took a few weeks but I kept my faith in Chris and the boys and they put it right for me in the end. I would definitely recommend themÔøΩ

I can't believe how thorough these guys are. Worth every penny. I have had my Mercedes sprinter 318 van on and out of Garrages, supposedly auto electricians ! Exhaust specialists to name a few.

After spending endless amounts with the above I was recommended to try these guys and it was the best recommendation ever they don't just plug in the computer they went right through the system and diagnosed the exact fault. I was fed up with having the van running ok for a week then going back in to limp mode. After being back from intelligent auto electrics for over a month the van I still running a1

Where do I start with Intelligent Auto Electrics....let's start with my car bmw x5 twin turbo problem magic with electrics at the best of times...electronic parking brake was my first visit to Chris and the team, after it spending a few weeks in and out of bmw then them having it for 4 weeks solid charging me thousands and giving me it back still not working I took it to Chris. After Chris having for just 2 days it was ready to pick up all sorted job done for a few hundred quid:)!.... not had a problem with it since, first tick on the board for chris:)!..... also left with a remap!!



Mark 2 on the board for I.A.E

Remap took about 40 mins and wow what a difference it made to my car power and mpg!..she was averaging with my driving no more than 18, after remap 24 and went like a steam train!! Money well spent never stopped smiling..



Full house for I.A.E

I went for a dpf delete, egr delete, custom built exhaust and a stage 2 remap, now I didn't go to Chris for it cause he doesn't build exhausts but this other company offered the full package so I took it...silly me what a mistake from the remap side of things:(..now they built me a beautiful exhaust I can't take that away from them!....However when I left there half way home my engine management light came on then it dropped to half power and the smoke coming out the back was not a laughing matter!....it had no throttle response what have I just done:(?....now I love my car and couldn't believe this was happening:(...took it straight to Chris he looked at It straight away plugged it in and honestly with in a couple of hours he had worked his magic again:)...No smoke out the back at all:)!..No lights on the dash 400bhp now available....700 torques:)!!....the bad remap had created about an a4 sheet of faults with in about 3 miles....



Chris and his team no exactly what they are talking about diagnose honestly and accurately and welcome with a smile and would trust him with my beast any time:)!...cheers intelligent auto electrics most professional and top notch job every time....

Excellent service nothing is to much hassle for these guys! We have used them on our fleet for the last 5 years and have always had quick and efficient service plus getting our emergency vehicles back on the road quickly.

As expected after reading great reviews previously of Kris and his team I took my vehicle to the workshop after having a fault with the fuel gauge. On the solving the issue he also come across faults/errors that Ford couldn't solve from back in 2015. Excellent knowledge of auto electrics. Will be back very soon for the re-map!
