Just to let everybody know we will be closed Saturday 30 June until 5 pm due to this event on Saturday the roads will be awful and the fares will likely be more with waiting time and people are not happy with paying the extra so we have decided to shut sorry for any inconvenience
Well to all our customers the council are trying to make all Hackney taxis 6seater wheelchair friendly also if we buy new cars they have to be silver or black in my eyes what a load of rubbish how are our older customers meant to get in those people walk past them on the rank because they don't like them also what about the drivers who work for themselves will eventually be out of work as they don't want to drive also our drivers too we would love to know your opinion on this as it will be the locals who will be affected by this

One thing I am never rude to anybody on the phone but nobody ever says what they say to me first if u need to be in work BOoK the 🚕 and if I haven’t got one for 10-15 mind and u have to be in work in 5 mins that is not my fault there is no need at all to tell me to fffff myself that is the only time I will say it back I could carry on ranting but won’t ha ha yes I will be rude when u speak to me like that ok 👌

hi it is Sheila here just to that me & my Husband use Interlink Taxi's a lot of time My husband used one to go to work this & this Morning one to take me to ASDA & a other one from ASDA back to my flat we use them most days & some time in the night we use them on Monday Night to take us to PHAB Club & you unusual would be have two Taxi's on Tuesday night to go to my Drama Group in Craig-y-Don community but I will not bee use any Taxi's on Tuesday night to the 9 of January but we will be get Taxi's to West Shore Social Club on Friday night
so that means we use them a lot of times from Sheila & Philip

Excellent taxi service due to me being one of the drivers
Always on time and very helpful. There is a great drive number 4 John who takes pride in his work and makes sure that you get to your destination safely.
discusting! Prebooked a taxi for work. Was running slightly late and the taxi did not wait 5 mins and just left. No phone call or message. I rang up to complain and the lady on the phone was rude. I was upset as I was no late for work so I was rude back and hung up. When I eventually got to work with alliance taxis I only found out the lady had took the matter into her own hands and rang my work telling them she is coming in at 12 to confront me and force an apology. What discusting service. It has left me deverstated. My work also think it's out of order and said that would ask her to leave if she came in. She should not have a taxi liesence if she is finding out personal information about her clients. I don't want to just leave this. What she did was wrong.

Called interlink today for a cab to take my mum to station she had visited us in Wales to lay flowers on my brothers grave who died two years ago so after an emotional weekend headed to train station lady who picked us up couldn't even say hello asked why she was late got a response of basically if you want to get out you can.took my mum to the station once she was t of the taxi I told the driver how rude she was then told me and my small daughter to get out never ever again will I use this company.most of the drivers are lovely and very pleasant even after I complained I got the feeling the company were not bothered.in such a small town business needs to stick together but on this occasion it's lost a lot of respect as other people have complained over this lady and got nowhere
