Very helpful on arrival clean and comfortable rooms 4 stars.
We have stayed a few times now. Great value, clean with friendly staff. Breakfast good, plenty of choice. Bathroom a bit small in the room we last had with not a lot of room between toilet and shower. On the whole great value. 😁

Below average, lights weren't working when we got there, pictures are definitely nothing like when you get there. The food was awful as my mum asked for an apple crumble and they served it to her still doughy and raw. She asked for it to be swapped with something else only for them to bring the same thing back.
A good base for a short stay. You get what you pay for. Simple room but in an excellent location. Room was comfy but didn't sleep well each night as room was too hot and when you opened the window all you could hear was the squawking of seagulls.
Breakfast was a nice, we never went to the restaurant for an evening meal as we was out of the hotel each evening.
If your looking for a hotel with a lively bar and entertainment book somewhere else.
Very clean, good breakfast,staff pleasant and very hardworking.Shower was difficult to set to anything less than quite hot,for me but would no doubt suit some.I would certainly return slept well in comfy bed.

Very good location, good staff, big rooms, clean and tidy, recommended for families. Parking is not too easy, though
The small double room is suprisingly good given its price. The room is about the size of a typical double room in IBIS. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was also a big plus; its hot water and water pressure are exactly what you want after a full day walk along the coast line of Llandudno. What disappointed us a bit is the wifi. There was zero wifi reception in the room, though it did not bother us much...
