Island Butterfly Description
Franki is an experienced complementary therapist who uses a wide range of treatments to help you relax, release tension and improve your general wellbeing. She specialises in neck and back pain, headaches, migraines and stress related problems.
Franki believes that what we say and do has a profound effect on our lives. Sometimes our “negative” habits can cause us both physical and emotional pain, without us being aware of it. To encourage the healing process she uses the body and mind connection, through treatments such as Massage, Reflexology, Reiki, Manual Lymph Drainage and Facial Rejuvenation. She also shows clients how to help themselves by learning appropriate exercises and relaxation and meditation techniques.
Franki practices from LEAF Health Centre in Menai Bridge and at Ysbyty Gwynedd and has developed her own range of natural face creams and Aromatherapy body oils. She also runs regular Life Enhancement and Freedom workshops, and teaches massage and meditation classes.
