Hello, and welcome to my facebook page !
I am a fully qualified IYENGAR Yoga teacher. I have trained in the Manchester and District Institute of Iyengar Yoga and qualified in October 2016.
I am delivering a class open to all in Ty Llywelyn Community Centre in Llandudno every Tuesday evening from 7. 30pm to 9pm, starting on the 9th January 2017.
Beginners and more experienced yogies welcome.
If you have equipment, please bring it along, but I have extra for people new to yoga who might have nothing.
£5. 50 per session if you pay for 10 weeks, and £7 per individual session.
