J9-Fitness Description

Zumba is a dance fitness method based on salsa and other Latin dance moves, performed to Latin and world music beats, and choreographed to allow people of any fitness or dance experience level to enjoy a fantastic workout. If you think you'd like an exhilarating class filled with good feelings and party-like fun, Zumba makes an excellent choice of a group fitness method to support your fitness goals.

Monday and Thursday evening Zumba fitness classes are held at the Trinity Centre in Llandudno. This is a fantastic location within a few minutes walk from the town centre. This class is always full of energy and laughter and a great way to welcome in the weekend. There is ample street parking at this venue.

Saturday morning classes are held at the memorial hall in Llandudno Junction. There is side parking available. The Saturday morning class is an absolute blast! It is always filled with laughter and sweaty fun! What better way to start your weekend and to earn that Saturday night glass of wine! (or 2) ;)

STRONG is a high intensity (HIIT) program.
STRONG by Zumba™ is a high intensity interval training workout driven by the science of Synced Music Motivation. Unlike all other workouts, we don't just create moves to a playlist. Instead, we craft and reverse engineer the songs to match every move, driving the intensity in a challenging progression that provides a total body workout. The result is a group fitness experience unlike any other.

This class will push you past your limits to help you reach your fitness goals faster. Using your own body weight, you will gain muscular endurance, tone, and definition, and you will experience an increased after burn

Hatton boxing for fitness
Hatton Boxing provides varied sessions made up of 5 rounds of pad- work consisting of;
combos, pyramids, legs, core & cardio to give you an energetic, all over body workout.
Boxing improves co-ordination, mental stamina, concentration, focus and more importantly its super fun and burns an insane amount of calories – what’s not to love!


BODY CONDITIONING class, is a take it at your own level all body workout class that will get you moving, grooving and sweating. A fun way to lose weight and tone up. This class is for all abilities. Each move is adaptable to suit everyone. The conditioning section will help you tone and sculpt.
