had my son birthday party here and they couldn't do enough for us fantastic place

Whenever I visit there are always plenty of staff on reception so no excessive waiting around ÔøΩ Lovely and clean and well maintained all round. Nice food in the canteen and bowling area has a great atmosphere. 10/10 for me. ÔøΩ

Went yesterday bowling with my family had a brilliant time will be coming back xx

Went to afternoon tea with Belle today and it was so well organised, not overly busy. Plenty of time spent with each child. Lovely food and chance for a runaround to burn off some energy. A lovely event and 2 happy little girls.

My little girl has swimming lessons there and me and my little boy have gone today to the toddle and waddle session was brilliant and really enjoyed it

I take my grandson to the soft play pirate ship. He loves it, great for him to make little friends and enjoy himself. I can sit there with a cuppa or we can have lunch, which they will bring through to the play area for you, all within a safe enclosed environment. As long as he is happy and having fun, I am happy and the pirate ship ticks all the boxes. Staff are all pleasant and neat and tidy as is the whole place.

Hi, just a quick review to say how amazing my sons party was today at the Pirate Ship. We couldn’t of asked for any more. The party host was amazing, she was so attentive to all our needs. The food was great and plentiful. The unlimited juice was regularly topped up. The host even sorted some music out for the children. They loved the treasure hunt for sweets at the end.



It was absolutely amazing and such good value. The cost of £86 to have exclusive use of the soft play and £3.50 per head for food works out less than £6.50 per child.



We are so pleased. We’ve never used a soft play centre for a party and I was a bit worried it wouldn’t live up to parties at a stand alone soft play but it was exceeded them.

Also just to add the soft play was very clean, the toilets, party room and throughout were spotless.

1st time bowling here would highly recommend it. But I think booking is a must as busy.

Been here many times bowling and soft play area all great, went bowling again yesterday cost me £8 for an hours bowl for upto 6 people which I thought was great value with it being School holidays but this price is only between 10am-12pm which was better for me as we went for some dinner after which was also lovely and reasonably priced will be visiting again soon

bad that the bowling is £6 dearer in the half term than normal term!!

I would say only that. I spend the time six of seven days there every week . I use gym and swim and also from time to time bowling. It's really nice place for everyone kids or adults.

Went to the pirate play area for a party 2weeks ago and the highchairs were filthy! Came back today and again the same high chairs not been cleaned or washed. Absolutely disgusting and I don't know know anyone can put their baby in them. How hard is it to take the straps off to wash?! Dread to think what the kitchen looks like ÔøΩ

Went to pirates today with my two year old daughter and a member of the public just willing opened the door and let my daughter wander out down by the bowling. This is now the second time. The first time was two weeks ago at Jimmy bears. When the class had finished, everyone was surrounding the door to get in. Little did I know they let my daughter out (a member of staff was present also). Following today's incident when I had a go at the parent, the gate was then just left open as there was a party and parents sat on the opposite side. I'm 38 weeks pregnant and can't exactly run to stop my two year old from getting out. There's a gate for a reason and the staff aren't on the ball at all with this. There should be clear guidelines as younger children use pirates. It is meant to be a safe environment and it is far from this!!

Very unimpressed look at Facebook to check soft play was open it said nothing of a private party. Travelled from prestatyn paid for car park for three cars only to find soft play closed due to privet party. Not happy should have been advertised on you Facebook page, very disappointed children waste of time and money.
