Terrie-Ann was cruelly taken a couple weeks ago! Her family needs practical help with funeral expenses. Jamaican Jills Neath wish to thank Peter Jones for donating his talent for a memorial fundraiser for our Terrie-Ann's funeral. All her family and friends have joined together to give her the send off she deserves. We ask for an entry fee of £2 pp to be paid at the door. This full amount goes straight to the family. The staff are donating their time on the night to allow us to give as much as possible to the bereaved family. Our DJs will be treating us to the best of reggae after the mixture of rat pack, soul and Diamond from our much loved local crooner. Please come out in your numbers and show your support.

Just got home after a stunning meal yet again,service is excellent and your made to feel very at home in its relaxing surroundings. We will defenatly return ,keep up the good work x x

Had a really lovely meal here as a spontaneous alternative to a chain restaurant that was all booked out. Courteous and friendly staff and the steak was so good. I shall make a point of coming back for sure!

Absolutely fabulous- lovely, approachable staff- I'd remind anyone who likes lovely food and a lush cocktail to get yourself there!!! Music + food + comfy seats = heaven

A first class venue, I have been there on numerous occasions, staff very friendly and Bernie and Mike Davies wonderful hosts, the food is delicious with a huge selection of drinks, my favourite is the wonderful cocktails, we are lucky to have such a venue like this in neath

I love this place, one of the main reasons being, you'd never guess you were stuck in Neath, it feels like your in some beach bar in Jamaica !!

Been going to Jills since it opened but honestly , it's truly gone down hill recently. The staff are great, music etc but there's only one ladies toilet which had no lock on the door, toilet paper or hand soap. It was very dirty in there last Friday night. The upstairs bar is never opened and the seats downstairs are far from clean. Sorry guys but need to address toilet issues as you will lose custom.

I usually love jills, but was very dissapointed last night, i was turned away because i had shorts on but yet i have seen women in there with hot pants on, i was completely covered up but yet you could clearly see their buttock cheaks, i'd understand if i was wearing football/baskerball shorts etc, but i was not, the shorts i had on were clearly smart shorts, so whats the difference between a male wearing shorts when all you can see is his calfs and shins, but a female can wear something short enough to see her christmas dinner to put it politely....



But i will add this, the doormen were professional, polite and apologetic, so im not having a pop about them turning me away, im moaning about jamaican jills dress code, i would understand if it was a big city like cardiff or london, but at the end of the day..... Its Neath!!!! Why would give yourself a carribean theme if males cant wear shorts? Maybe you should rename your establishment to polar ice

Disappointed that I was turned away from here last night because, in the words of the doorman, 'we are not letting anyone in who has been to Kiwis.' I happen to know that a handful of under 18s WERE allowed in, whereas I who actually had ID was not. I do not understand the reasoning behind this decision and I will avoid this bar in future.
