I called James on Sunday as I was stuck in my house because the lock had broke, he came within 20 minutes. James and his colleague were lovely and carried out a great service, the job was done within 10 minutes. I highly recommend his service!

James was very friendly and came out quickly to change a lock on the front door of a new home I had moved into. He explained what lock he was going to fit and did this with great efficiency. I would highly recommend him.

What a lovely guy! Rang as my daughter had left her key in the front door locking us all in at 9.00am as work beckoned! Total panic ensued until we attracted the attention of a poor guy walking past the house who kindly unlocked the door. In between this chaos, my key snapped in the lock on the other side - argh!! Rang James based on google recommendations and he said he would be here within the hour. Half an hour later he was here. He saved me a fortune by extracting the key in less than twenty minutes. Very friendly and helpful - can't recommend him highly enough. Thanks James x

Called James and was informed that he would be able to get to me within 20 minutes. Upon arrival James sorted the problem and provide an excellent service. James came to the rescue when we lost our transit van key and remote fob, he came to our office and within 20 minutes of him arriving the key was cut programmed and all ready to go!

After locking and then losing my key to my Transporter at bike park wales I was in a bit of a panic. It was also Sunday evening and I lived 6 hours away, I needed to get home desperately! James got to me in 30 minutes and expertly opened and made me a new key whilst working in the rain and dark. A great bloke and brilliant service.

Tried various numbers on a Friday night. Although advertising 24 hour service I only got answering machines. James immediately responded, gave a reasonable price, took details and arranged to call out at my convenience. He replaced the car lock in horrendous weather, programmed the key, all within 20 minutes. James provided excellent service. I would highly recommend him.

After contacting several local locksmiths on a Sunday! None were able to help (even though many advertised 24hour) . All gave same response "Car too old cannot help you you need to contact a auto electrician". Eventually contacted James who arrived within the time specified, reprogrammed my key and sorted out my car ready for my early start on Monday morning. Thank you James.
