Staff were fantastic, went in looking for some advice on setting up my tank, the member off staff went through everything i needed to know and then went through nearly every fish in the store with me to help me decide the type of tank I wanted. Came away with everything I needed to set up my tank and will be returning when my tank is ready for fish.

Great expert knowledge from the people that work here, you can tell they are passionate about aquarium keeping. Impressive variety of healthy looking fish, worth the travel from Gwynedd.

The Staff are very helpful, there is everything that you would need for your fish tank, and everything is well priced. I use Jaydee Aquatics often and have always had a good experience there. I would recommend people that are just getting into the hobby to give this shop a visit, you will learn anything that you want to know about looking after fish.

Good for cold water fish. Helpful. Fixed us up with a man to clean out pond and set up uv light and filter.pump and waterfall. Now comes to maintain on a regular basis.

Went today, lots of dead or dying corals in evidence! Also marine section is neglected in general, with fish lying side on! Used to be so good! Shame really! Staff are helpful but no excuse!
