Thank you again for a great 1/2 marathon event. Well organised, regular water and fuel stops, more bins added so runners could be more conscientious. It was also useful to have the FB push on hydration and tips to manage the race. I preferred this route to last years, better finish point with amazing views across the bay. Really uplifting to have the drummers, choir and band on route, great support from Swansea residents as well.

I’ll be using the joint gel from the goody bag - and needed to use the lip balm pretty much instantly. The medal is great too!

Stunning views, amazing support from locals, volunteers and numerous bands on route. Plus an awesome goodie bag and medal �

One of my favourite Half marathons to date, brilliantly organised, great course and pacers and the support was fantastic. Haven’t run in over a year in an event and now have the bug again thx to all that’s made it so good.

Not a big road running fan, but did it with a bunch of friends and had a great day. Got to say all the marshals were absolutely brilliant! Information beforehand and signage at the start was mostly nice and clear. Good to see plenty of loos too! Plenty of water and gels, and we came in in 3 hours so were not exactly front runners.

If the pen flags at the start had arrows on to indicate which side of them they referred to it would help but I'm being picky.

Normally a trail runner, but I might actually be back �

My first half marathon and it couldn't have gone better. Great organisation, starting at booking straight through to the the day and beyond. The atmosphere was great, lots of water stations and 2 gel stations, great support and cheering all the way. Great goodie bag, medal and tshirt. Absolutely loved it, everyone was in great spirit and very friendly. Nice flat, coastal route also. Will be back again next year should my body let me!! ��� big thanks to Swansea Half Marathon, the people that make it happen and all the volunteers. �

Loved it 2nd time this year. Thanks to all the support a long the way . Also to the fellow runner I meet Danielle that helped me get to the finish �

Great event guys as always! Loved the new route - psychologically getting to Verdis more than half way helps. Great support on the route (many thanks to all the marshals) and a fantastic atmosphere with spot on organisation. Looking forward to 2019 event already!! Keep it up!

Fabulous well organised event, loved how easy the bag drop & pick up was. Amazing to have water stops every 3 miles was certainly needed today in the heat. Lady who was 2.20hour pacer was just fabulous, kept checking everyone who was with her was doing ok. Pat on the back Swansea for a brilliant half marathon

An excellent half marathon! Well organised, great route and fantastic race makers spurring us slower ones on all the way! A beautiful day to run in Swansea yesterday. Thanks to everyone for making it happen!

Great route, but didn’t feel there were enough water stops with the weather so warm, and no gel left at the stops ( and I wasn’t that slow !)
