Came home at 10pm and was unable to get in because the locking mechanism at bottom of door was fixed in the locked position. I phoned James and he came within 30 minutes. Took an hour to get in and repair the mechanism. I would definitely recommend J D Locksmiths especially if you live in Heritage Gate. (A number of my neighbours have had the same issue

James is very helpful and reasonably priced. Great communication, and did a great job fixing my back door and servicing all the locks on the house. I would have no hesitation in using his service again.
