Was very disappointed with the cake I purchase from u in dec.i was told that u had changed the ingredient.The texture of the sponge was dry and tough and there was only a little filing I purchase an average of 5 cakes a year #oneverydisappointedcustomer

They do best bacon and sausage roll bap in Burry Port Jenkins bakery Fiona and all the staff are fantastic and helpful

Extremely tasty products and good value for money. Always a pleasure to visit any of the shops and especially so, being as I live away from home now. Making the journey home simply wouldn't be complete without picking up a corned beef pasty and a custard slice! �

Big Thank You to the Morriston branch. Staff are always so pleasant and helpful. Picked up my mums 80th Birthday cake yesterday and it was lovely. Not did it only look good but tasted great too.

As my friend Terri McDonald has written I was born in Llanelli and still have family there. Every time i visit them the order for the famous Jenkins custard slices gets bigger and I am well know in the Burry Port shop. There is nothing like a Jenkins!! As I friends and family will confirm and they are now fighting over them. We need a shop here in Kent!!! Roll on my next visit.

I vist the one in skewen nearly everyday. Friendly staff who make you smile and laugh, I've had birthday cakes from there which impressed me and they're rolls and pasties and cakes are the nicest I tasted ......

Really disappointed with my local Jenkins Bakery. Picked up my daily lunch to come back and find a hard doughnut with no jam inside, this was actually meant to be a jam doughnut, lucky I still got my teeth left. My food also tasted off. Is your food not fresh? A very disappointed loyal customer

perhaps you can explain why Jenkins dont accept UK currency in particular scottish notes !!! returned from weekend in scotland with scottish £20 notes to be told we dont accept them in jenkins bakery ,crosshands !!!!! uk sterling currency ! does this mean we cant use scottish pound coins etc .Notes from NI scotland or wales are all legal tender in the uk . my shop accepts them , why do you feel special ? what a ridiculous ruling i hoped for better from Jenkins but obviously i was mistaken . its the other bakers for me in future !!

Why oh why would you send out from the bakery "Custard Slices" that have burnt bottoms. The pastry was that over done they were a joke then they cost £1.70 for two. They should have been 20p for two. Such a shame quality control has gone. Shame

What a joke of a company I called head office yesterday to ask if I could put a box in there to raise money for macmillan. To be told yes and call the shop. I then got told that I never phoned. So I called again today to be answered by some very rude and unpleasant woman in head office. Who basically called me a lier and that I never phoned. I now that you raise money now and then. I explained that my mum works in the shop and unfortunately has Ocular melanoma and she seems like she wasn't bothered.

Tries to promote local values with their Bakeries but refused to put up a poster for a local event for a local lad who recently passed away. All proceeds are going to the British Heart Foundation by the way?!?

Took my daughter to use your toilet and was told she could not use as we had not bought anything I had no money on me so we then had to walk to tesco. My poor daughter almost had an accident. Will not be going to your bakery again if that's the way you treat people.

They couldn't care less about customer service cancelled my regular order due to inconsistency in the cooking nice and soft one week like cardboard the next week fed up is not the word and you never reply to emails

Ordered a Victoria Sponge thinking it would be so much better from a bakery than a supermarket. Wrong! Really dry and unappealing sponge cake with an almost imperceptible scraping of jam and nothing else. We barely had a slice between us and the rest went in the bin. Disgusting. Please see Mary Berry for what a classic Viccy sponge is meant to look like, because what you're knocking out at does NOT qualify.

Mother in law went to get sausage rolls in Ammanford branch, wanted the very small sausage rolls but they had none left, then had to buy a medium sausage roll, then they had the cheek to charge her 48p to cut it into 4 pieces for my son. Disgusting and also didn't inform her that they charge for it before hand but tell her afterwards!! Last time I go there!

I visited Jenkins Bakery in Briton Ferry this morning, to be greeted by friendly staff, Only then whilst placing my order there was a large woman behind the counter, think her name-badge said Samantha. She thought it was funny to break wind rather loudly whilst standing by the shop's pies and pasties, i found this to be rather rude and unhealthy as people have got to eat this food, to add insult to injury she then said and i quote "i think I've followed through". I was appalled at her behaviour and comment, so I decided to take my custom elsewhere and will not be visiting Jenkins again any time soon.
