What a treat to experience the old 'Customer comes first' attitude. It is a long time since I have met up with such courtesy and helpful advice as I received from Mark. He was a pleasure to deal with, always in the background but ready to advise if required. If, as I believe, this is the normal attitude of all the staff, I would recommend this establishment to everyone, certainly they are assured of my custom.

Very pleased with the whole aspect of the Service & MOT.Having paid monthly for the past 3 yrs.I strongly believe the service contract was good value for money.I would definately recommend the Jenkins team for sales & Service.

Purchased the car a couple of months ago. Sales staff were excellent, just taken it in for it's free 2K checkup and no problems. Service staff were also polite and the checks were made within the timescales expected, complimentary drinks provided along with the daily papers in the waiting area.

Outstanding buying experience from the Team at Jenkins Cardiff. The guys go above and beyond to help, very happy customer. I have recommended friends and family.

My car went in for its service yesterday and as usual the customer service was terrific. Quick turnaround, clear explanations and very friendly staff. Highly recommended!

My Suzuki was due an service and its first MoT, Dealt mainly with Jason this time, fantastic customer service. Owen communicated with me regarding the imminent storm Emma & the Beast from the east descending on us all at the same time. got my car back even though some of the staff were unable to make it in that day. Lovely courtesy car a Mitsubishi ASX, nice, but not a Suzuki! The question everybody always want to know is, "would I Come to Jenkins again"? Oh yes. Thank yo to all at Jenkins.

My Suzuki Vitara had a second service. Very professional and friendly service and communications. Would recommend

Just had my Suzuki Alto serviced, and mot at Suzuki Cardiff. Completed on time washed and vacuumed, very pleased

with the service, friendly and helpful staff that keep you up to date on what s happening during the service. And with my Suzuki service plan its easy on your pocket. Thank you all 👍

I have driven Suzuki cars for 17years and have always had excellent help and advice from the staff. I deal mostly with Jonathan, Owen and Jason who keep me informed on how the work is progressing when the car has the MOT and service using the Service plan which is a very good deal. The waiting area is comfortable and the coffee machine appreciated by everyone.

I bought my Suzuki last summer and was pleased with the service I received from them, I even had a lovely bunch of flowers and the staff were very helpful. I had a service done this week and the staff were again helpful and explained everything to me, I was very happy when I saw they had cleaned and hoovered my car too, you don’t get that in most garages, defiantly going to be going there whenever my car needs work. Thank you

Fab and friendly service. Very speedy. Nice place to sit and wait with free hot drinks!!

Both the service and MOT were carried out well and on time. The staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated the lift back home while the service was being done. Thank you.
