Do you need a hand with your horse? Do you want a specific service? I offer my services for a reasonable charge with experience to give peace of mind.

Do you want an experienced, helpful hand to help with your horse? Or just have mucking out that's getting over your head? Or want a specific service such as clipping or require a groom for a day?

I can help with all aspects of equine care, from daily stable chores to horse care and maintenance, at anytime of the day whether it be early morning, in the day, evening, or weekends. I also offer horse sitting services for when you are on holiday. Also I offer a clipping service.

Having horses can be a very time consuming, physically exerting job, and many people find themselves strapped for time and in need of some help, especially if you are trying to juggle owning a horse and working a job or studying for a degree.

My services include but are not limited to.

-Rug Changes
-Turning Out
-Bringing In
-Grooming
-Riding
-Lunging
-Field Checks
-Field Waters
-Field Skipping
-Tack cleaning
-Attendance for Farrier / vet visits
-Help at shows etc.

Prices range from £6 /h, more for riding /lunging, but again, are down to discussion with you.

-Clipping service - I can do everything from a bib clip, hogging manes, feathers, full clip and everything off. Prices range from £5 for feathers /manes to £40 for everything off. I charge travel costs, although I am flexibly situated in either Aberystwyth or Wolverhampton, so this is down to discussion.


Anything else more specific can be requested and discussed.

I have lots of experience and I have ridden and cared for many horses.
- I have been riding and around horses for over 15 years.
- Worked at a riding school as a stable hand for 3 years.
- Shown in-hand and ridden, unaffiliated show jumping and dressage and groomed for affiliated events.
- Taken horses hunting.
- Experience with ex-racers, "problem" horses, behavioural difficulties, bucking, napping, youngsters etc.

I have an understanding approach to any horse I work with and I am friendly and flexible. References are available on request. I understand how privacy and security are of the utmost importance when you have horses, and I can provide a secure, exact service.
