So grateful to this pet store for affording me the privilege of memories built with family that will never be forgotten. I've been here twice with family members and each time staff have had the patience of a saint. Being mannerable, considerate and kind. The price of mingling with the meerkats in their motel is reasonable and the experience extremely joyful. Many thanks 🙏. Xoxo

As an amphibian keeper very poor standards

Very helpful staff, they know what they are doing. Very willing to order in the animals they are out of stock of for you as soon as they can. I was able to hold a frog to see if it would be the right pet for me whereas other places I went I couldn't.

This place was a bit of a dive when the new owner took it over but since then it's expanded and the care they give their stock is fantastic. Very knowledgeable and willing to order in special requests on livefood etc. They board animals too, and I would be very happy to leave my chameleon there, which is saying something! Still looks ropey from the outside but inside the animals are the priority. Got a whole colony of meerkats too!

Perfect advice all the time I travel from Bristol just to to get the best quality animals and will continue to do so thanks jfm
