Jigsaw aims to bring service users together, irrespective of previous background – be it substance misuse, mental health or criminal justice.

Welcome to Jigsaw, the group that aims to bring service users together from across North Wales, irrespective of previous background – be it substance misuse, mental health or criminal justice. We believe that everyone deserves a second chance, but we all know that it’s hard to break free from the stigmatisation of substance misuse, mental health concerns or a criminal record.
Our group is open to all service users and their family members and, because we work on a group basis, we do not have need to enter into detailed examination of any individual’s history. Our philosophy is that it’s not about yesterday – it’s about tomorrow, and finding ways and means to help members move their lives forward.
The Jigsaw model of service user engagement is accepted by the National Offender Management Service (NOMS) as offering best practice within this sector. In November 2014, we were won the Police and Crime Commissioner’s ‘Third Sector Award’ for our work in reducing crime and the rehabilitation of offenders.
