Good price great service although a little slow with the watches they do try and go the extra mile.

Avoid damage your items and show no remorse or offer to fix

It's not that the customer service is bad here it's that there is none. Your lucky if you are even acknowledged when you walk through the door and they'll design jewellery for you provided you come up with the design yourself even if you've just asked for a simple 13 charm for your daughters 13th and even though they're the so called jewellers and your not and ask for £50 for the privilege. Don't even bother.
