shhhhh Not every one knows about this. We have had many a customer being over joyed when they discover that they do not have to pay for their dream art in one fair swoop. The Arts Council help you fund it with interest free loans over a year. Any thing over £50 to £5000 can be spread over the year and you get to take the work home after the agreement has been authorised. Typically 14 working days. Then its YOURS to take home.
