Hi, my name is Joe and I am a Personal Trainer based in Lifestyle Fitness In cardiff.
The experiences and knowledge i have gained is of a high standard primarily as a result of my own Extreme transformation and mentoring. . . having lost a total of 9 stone of body fat putting me in low figures of fat % and gaining a good base of muscle size thickness and density. . . whats more my determination mindset and work ethic has given me the ability to achieve this in the space of just under 2 years!
I come from an active background and already possessed a decent base of muscle size and strength but was unfit unhealthy and obese but as mentioned the structure of my training and diet along with the guidance i was provided and my consistent hard work changed things and quick! I work with like minded clients that give me the opportunity to showcase my passion and an ever growing pathway to obtain a better understanding of body types and various other factors, which continues to grow my knowledge and motivation to study nutrition, training disciplines and principles and the way an individual human body responds.
I pour my knowledge, my determination and positive mindset into a clients aspirations, and work hard to keep you focused on track and progressing ever closer to your hopes and dreams with your training goals.
My life experiences have taught me that its never too late to make a change and its never too late to chase a goal no matter how high! I am a product of Personal Training I am coached towards my own goals to this very day, this makes me believe in Personal Training more than most with a passion and undying love for the ability to the master of your own destiny.
