Hello, I'm Joe. I've been a fitness enthusiast for a long time now. From the age of four I played football, and since then I've gone on to sign a professional contract with Cardiff City, where I played until the summer of 2015. I continue to play semi professional football. Since the summer I've completed my Personal Trainer course, and have now taken on the role of a Personal Trainer at PureGym.

For many years I've followed several kinds of programmes at the gym, which have benefited me both in my sporting career and everyday life. I'm here to help you strive towards your fitness goal both physically and mentally. All my sessions and programmes are tailored to your needs and completely individual.

My aim is to help you achieve your goal, making our time together not only rewardable but also enjoyable.
