Joe Thomas - I've been an athlete for 10 years plus and have built up a solid understanding of how to get the most out of your body and compete at the highest level. I have also achieved a BSc Honours Degree in Coaching Sciences.

I'm an 800m British athlete. Double Commonwealth Games Finalist, Multiple British Champion and Welsh Record Holder who worked under the guidance of Arwyn Davies for most of my career.

Arwyn Davies - Performance Coach. I Coach and advise International Middle Distance athletes. Jimmy Watkins - Former GB 800m title holder and World Championship Finalist 2006. Joe Thomas, numerous GB /Welsh titles, Joe competed in both European and World championships and represented Wales at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow and Delhi 2010 where he was a finalist
I currently coach a group of Senior and Junior athletes, one senior athlete being the current Welsh Champion over 800 metres both indoors and out. Two U15 athletes who are both the current Welsh title holders over 800 and 1500 metres.

Former National Event Coach for Middle Distance.

The aim of this venture is to host training days to allow athletes and coaches to learn and develop their understanding and skills through a variety of sessions. These include; dune, track, speed, interval, mobility, nutrition and strength and conditioning workshops.

We also offer one-to-one and group strength & conditioning sessions or general training sessions at a one off rate or package price. We can also offer a training plan for most situations.

We also have plans to start warm weather camps based in Portugal during school holidays.
