John Bentham is a Contemporary Artist who produces colourful original oil paintings and prints that portray a simple, naive and modern style of Art that make people smile

Through my Art I raise money for JUMP Childrens Charity. The Charity was founded by my wife Christine in 2004 as a tribute to her grandson Jacob who passed away aged 3 in February 2004. Jacob was born with Muscular Dystrophy. My wife Christine spent many hours taking photographs and short films of Jacob that provide lasting memories of him for his family. These memories inspired the work of the JUMP Childrens Charity who raise funds to provide a professional photography service for children with life limiting health conditions. My contemporary works always have a small tribute to Jacob ( Jake ) in them somewhere. I hope you enjoy my Art
