WARNING ... Be very careful when buying from auction we lost a property due to unprofessional unhelpful staff that made a massive mistake. They are happy to share offer prices to get the next person to up the offer really not good. We lost our perfect family business due to these mistakes.

Vulnerable friend of mine was charged a non-refundable credit check charge of £240.00 for a property in Laugharne recently, she was also told that the deposit/bond was a £100.00 more than the letting owner was actually asking.
