Appalling customer services. Have taken £1,500 off my elderly disabled mother for an electric bed. After 8 weeks we are still waiting even for an estimated delivery date. If you manage to get somebody to answer the phone they tell you they will phone you back in 5 minutes. Surprise surprise no return call. Trading standards phoned today. This company needs to be stopped seems after reading customer reviews on here we are not the only people to suffer by this company

Just received my new sofa, absolutely over moon. Shopped here for over fifteen years always excellent customer service and excellent quality products.

Told to go a nearer shop somewhere else. Loved the display model but incredibly poir customer service. Had to give up on dream sofa!

Does not warrant one star!! Avoid! Avoid!
This company owes money, is in debt and on the verge of bankruptcy!
They will happily take your money and promise delivery within 4 weeks.
They never answer the phone!
Seven months on with lies after lies and still no furniture!!
Well within our rights to expect a refund! They refused and called the police!!!
Eventually, reclaimed our money.
PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE
JOHN LONG WILL TRY AND USE YOUR MONEY TO PAY OUTSTANDING DEBTS!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
