Two Tourer beauties in this week for some TLC. Still good looking estate cars even 20 years on wouldn't you agree ??

Absolutley mint very early Copperleaf Tourer in today for leaking stat job. Not one of our favourite tasks but all is well now.
Still a great looking motor 18 years on!! We had one on show stand at NEC Classic Car show last year and a BMW salesperson came up to me and admired it. He also admitted it was prettier than ANY of his current showroom stock!!!
... That comment made our day 👍

Another 75 in this week for service. This is part of the sunroof check we carry out on every sunroofed model.
As most of you will know by now it is vital to make sure all 4 roof drains have been modified and are free flowing.
... Best to tilt the car in all directions for this test. Each corner of sunroof water test should flow immediately appear behind the corresponding wheel arch liner

Nice chat with Mr Edd China at Goodwood Revival 2017
We put the world to rights re Electric Cars and talked about retro fitting electric motors to classic cars.
The technology is here already Edd says.... It is quite feasible to put TWO 120 bhp motors in with a split diff system giving more power than most classics had originally !
I also gave the 75ZT marque a good plug! What a thoroughly charming chap and brilliant day. Thanks Edd 🖒
