To get us moving we need to feel inspired and we need to have a reason a why for doing so.
Without a reason a why to get up and start our day in a positive way we can at times- feel lost and just bumble along with the status quo!
... Sure I am not the only one to feel this way.
Our reasons for getting up, changing what we need to change are all personal to us yet at times we need our friends, family perhaps strangers to share our thoughts with to be able to move on. As they help us we in turn perhaps inadvertently help them.
Fabulous news is, we can MOVE towards what we never thought would be possible
We have to start to believe in ourselves that we can move in the direction of our dreams and keep going no matter what life throws at us :) xx

Good morning all :)
So we are into the New Year now and so much will happen to us all :)
So many great things will happen that we have planned and some will happen totally out of our control.
... Question is how will we react to the changes we cannot control and how can we work towards being in a safe place for when the unexpected happens?
I am realising that working on ourselves on our own personal development can help us to work through the unexpected from a kinder more generous and forgiving place rather than one of frustration and anger.
Exercise is a fabulous way to take care of ourselves, personally I love to practice yoga, hike and dance to keep sane :)
What would your preferred exercise choice be and do you feel it helps, are you prepared for the unexpected? x

I came to the realisation that to move forwards with my goals I NEEDED to stop the massive IRRELEVANT chatter in my head (easier said than done :)
I knew I had to really slow down this chatter which was preventing me from moving forwards.
For me to do this I started my daily yoga practice and meditation at home.
Not a long practice that takes hours just 15-20 mins of yoga followed by 10 mins meditation and then writing down 5 things or more I am grateful for in that moment.
Have to say it is helping enormously, I feel more grounded, and when I go off on a tangent I can still my mind quicker than normal :)
Not sure I would have written this 6 months ago as it is a wee bit personal but pleased I have and if you find it helpful or which to connect to share your goals and see how we can help each other please do :)
