Cafe Catering Assistant
We’re looking for staff with previous experience to work in our busy cafe, kitchen and front of house. The ideal candidate should be available to work weekdays between 09:00-17:00 as well as some weekends.
... As our catering assistant you will be expected to carry out basic food preparation, prepare panini’s, baguette l,sandwiches to order and desserts. We also prepare a variety of hot food. Other duties would include, preparing hot drinks to order, serving customers, etc.
The ideal candidate would have: - proven experience working in a busy kitchen - food hygiene level 2 certificate - able to work under pressure - good people skills - passionate about food and customer service - able to work as part of team - good communication skills - high standards and quality driven

We had a stunning home made chicken & beef dinner today, it's nice to have somewhere local that we can walk to on a Sunday for a cooked dinner. We've also had a Nutella waffle before which was amazing. Would recommend to anyone.

Took my girl for an afternoon treat today. I had the banoffee bubble waffle and kadie had orea ice-cream.....promptly followed by a ham and cheese toastie. (yes my girl is strange) Excellent food, service and hospitality. We didnt arrive till gone 3.30pm...and considering they are meant to close at 4...we were still there at 4.30....and not hurried to leave. Will definitely be returning. Good luck on the sunday dinner launch xx

The Sunday dinner is amazing really really enjoyed it. Well worth the money. Bubble waffles are to die for, I thought they were going to be heavy and really filling but they were light and lovely will return soon

Stunning Sunday lunch, good old fashioned homemade dinner with real gravey and beautiful waffle desserts � highly recommended

My husband and I went for Sunday dinner, absolutely fantastic meal, but I didn'tt have enough room for desert. But I have tried the Nutella waffle previously, so gutted I couldn't have it again. I'm in training for next time lol

Me and my sister took our children here for afternoon tea today. It was absolutely amazing Julie made us feel very welcome. The food/cake was stunning. Can't wait to go back again.

Just been to the tea rooms for a Mother's Day afternoon tea, excellent service & the food was lovely! Highly recommend

Iv had to weeks on the row now for our Sunday dinner it was amazing and plus the waffles are outstanding aswell thanks lady's lush x

Had breakfast here before but just had my first take away Sunday roast and it was very nice well cooked tasted good. only two small points could have done with a extra roastie and more gravy, was my first take away lunch it wont be my last real nice food. Heard a lot about how good the Belgium Waffles are must try them next time.

Friendly staff and a fantastic cooked breakfast +++++

Fantastic service I dropped my ice cream by the counter and they replaced it straight away without any issues and very patient with loads of kids

Came today for bubble waffles & ice cream... absolutely gorgeous � had the kinder waffle with ice cream and kids had mint and Nutella. Will be back soon for another treat x

Been a couple of times for a cooked dinner and waffles! Totally amazing would recommend to anyone!
