We came here today for the 1st time. Very clean and helpful staff. One particular employee who was on the trampolines was very good with our children and showing them how to use the equipment and playing with them. Kids loved her not sure of her name we came to 12 olcock slot today. Please pass on my thanks to her as she was brilliant. Lovely place and defo be visiting again

This place is amazing Excellent fun for the kids and awesome value. More than happy to pay few £1's for the extras! You will not get anywhere as good for value for money as Jump Adventure.



The leisure center is well equipped, entertaining and brilliant for younger children. Spotlessly clean and food outlets are really good and the food is well priced.



Very well run with friendly staff, who are exceptional and very cooperative.



Love the layout and ambiance of the center. Very well planned and built that it's really hard to find any error. Toilets are so clean and the parking is great!



Big shout out to the management and all the staff who were all very polite and helpful getting the kids on and off! Thank you for such an awesome day!

Staff are friendly and offer a supportive professional customer service. Quick and easy to pay and fill out the waiver. Food is lovely and the prices are great! Love it here. My son also loves it here Aswell as my family and friends. Keep up the good work guys пњљ

No issues at all... Kids loved tots play, staff spent time getting to know my little ones and joined in with them, cafe staff came over to asl if we needed anything, manager came out to speak to us and take some photos... nothing was too much trouble... Bit of a dodgy step on the way into the ladies toilets but that was probably down to my jelly legs from joining in with them! Definitely going back пњљ #onetiredmamma

My son loves it here!!!!! We have bought the summer pass and we have got our moneys worth already and we still have the rest of the holidays left. The staff always very helpful and welcoming. Lovely to see them encourage the kids on the different areas of the park!!!lovely staff!! The cafe always looks clean. Bonus with getting 10% off in their with the summer bounce pass. Ellis who works in the cafe is so lovely. He talks and works and you never feel like your asking for too much. Lovely guy!! Basically... fab park with fab staff! Well worth the money.

My 6 year old loves it here it's worth the money. Staff are friendly. No not everything is up and running but everyone has to start somewhere. It's a new business give it a chance people :)

Just visited the park with my oldest son 15 and youngest 5 and they had loads of fun, some of the park is still under construction but that didn't stop my two I also went in with them and had fun would definitely recommend and we will be returning. The staff were friendly and helpful and the park is easy to find and noce to have something over this side of the bridge

Had an amazing time to celebrate my daughters birthday. There was a group of 10 of us children and adults. They reserved a table for us upstairs with jugs of complimentary squash. Great service from first phone call to book to the actual day. Well done to all the staff. We all enjoyed it and we will be back.

Great experience for children and adults! The management are fantastic the staff are all polite and helpful! A very good variety of activities to entertain everybody! A small few teething problems as with any new business venture but I know Jac will sort any issues along with Tom! All the best guys and thank you for your hospitality пњљпњљпњљпњљпњљ

Came on Sunday afternoon! I had a brilliant time with my friend and his wife and children. Employers on desk were brilliant, food was ok and the park was very enjoyable. Would recommend to anyone. Will be coming again.



My only concern was one of the members of staff with blonde short hair in ponytail. I think overheard that her name was Hanna or something a long the lines of that. She was very rude to my friend and I. She was stood there looking very bored and that she didn't want to be there and if looks could kill. This needs to be sorted, everyone else was so lively and great at there jobs

When we visited last week, My sister hurt herself on the wipeout machine. She was crying in pain and hurt her chest and face, we didn't feel satisfied with the first aid however after speaking to the manager he has assured us that he will be speaking to all his staff. It's quite a small park, we really enjoyed the dodgeball area and how you could compete against other members of the public, normally at other parks it has the general trampolines and balls however here they have interactive boards which adds up points. Not all of it was open yet but I'm guessing that's why the price was cheap. The safety video was quite long for a 8 year old child, with quite advanced language however the staff on the trampolines were able to explain when you got onto them. The staff werenвАЩt really encouraging the children to do things, after speaking to Jac we understand why they canвАЩt now.



The Management was very quick to react to our problem, which was really good.



We are coming again later on this week to hopefully get a better experience. пњљ

No problems with the equipment. But found out today they do not cater for dairy or gluten free. Not even an option for chips. And yet donвАЩt want you to bring your own food in. If your serving food you should cater for those with dietary requirements.

Especially the one girl who had a face on her like a chewed up wasp. I think her name was Hannah, a petite teen with blonde hair and a killer stare. The Sunday staff at Jump appeared to be low on energy, unmotivated, bored and under trained. It's an adventure park for kids. Where's your energy at guys? The place was dead when we got there, and we stayed for an hour odd. I think there was one other person who went on the trampolines when my friend and I got on. However it picked up slightly towards the end. I think because Jump is tucked away, it doesn't get the attention it deserves. If it was situated by say the Range and KFC it would get more exposure.



Also air conditioning is still a big issue there. One that remains unsolved for the time being.



I have a feeling that the owner is trying to rush things with the building and it's staff, in order to profit. Which isn't the way you go about a new business.

Good laugh but silly that's is full priced and open when incomplete they tell you not to take anything in with you and secure in locker.. lockers not arrived yet..advertised as a brilliant ninja warrior course. Not complete or open yet..rules are redicilous come to our trampoline park but make sure you don't do a flip or somersault etc as your not allowed..and a part where the dual and red balls are is not complete and just has a bit of padding on the end of the metal pieces.. So of you want to pay to use half the facilities and just bounce up and down then it's fine bit myself and family won't be returning to pay full price until complete as I think it's rude to charge full price when not all complete and open

The food is over priced and had to wait 40 min for hot dogs, the bread rolls was ether over cooked or stale so they went in the bin, the kids got board 20 min in the session which I paid ¬£31 for, the ninja course wasnвАЩt open which was a disappointment, donвАЩt know if itвАЩs because itвАЩs a new place but going off other local competitors IвАЩd rather energy

Brought the kids here today, the boys had fun although my 7 year old was very disappointed that she was tall enough for all the things but they stopped her going on most of it because she was 7!! Why have a height chart if they donвАЩt go by it all in all I donвАЩt think I will be coming back here certainly not worth the money

When challenged all your staff say is вАЬI can get the managerвАЭ what is it your manager can do that your staff canвАЩt. Energi do a 2 hour jump offer, i stupidity expected you to do the same which is what I promised my 7 year old. Energi also donвАЩt charge for socks, a very expensive ¬£1:99 for socks. I excepted all this as I promised my son as a treat, then in the middle of serving me your staff member answers the phone. Not great customer service is it. To top it off your card machine isnвАЩt working and I didnвАЩt have cash that means I have a disappointed child. Off to energi we go
