I can only describe this place as a dream to buy a car...All the staff are exceptional with no pushy salesmen whatsoever as you tend to find in alot of garage...I found two cars that I was interested and was told to take them each out at my own leisure to make my own mind up as to which one would suit me best...Got to say Nick James is a down to earth really nice genuine guy who is only there to help you in anyway I needed...All the staff are so friendly and helpful...I am so happy with my new car and the service I got from there In all honesty whenever I come to buy a car again I would not waste my time going to anywhere other than this place as the service is second to none...thank you so much all of you xx

they don't sell rubbish cars... I bought my Skoda in 2011, no problems!!

Never buy a car from this place I had to take the car back because of the tyre edges being near bald the management said they had loads of life on them and guaranteed me if they went bald in 6 months they would replace free of charge and they went bald within 2 months of and I had to go local to replace them which cost money and needless to say I doubt they would've replaced them free of charge and would've found some excuse not to replace them free of charge, they never told me the tyres weren't run flat tyres and a lot of BMW 2Ltr cars do hence the locking nuts, and after getting the tyres changed yesterday the mechanic who replaced them noticed the brake discs pads would need changing, and I then today phoned Llandudno auto's up and even though this car was bought in August with 15 months warranty they tried saying the warranty does not cover brake pads or discs couldn't even admit they make mistakes warrants cover Any problems the car may have up to £1000 I will be contacting trading standards with the matter they really just distance themselves from all responsibility not happy at all

I have just bought my second car From Junction Auto Park . Fantastic before and after customer care . I had a couple of issues with the first car but it was dealt with within days, I would definitely Recommend junction auto park to any one after a low mileage quality car. I dealt with Mathew one of the sales team, very polite presentable and professional. I would definitely buy another car from them.
