The jurys inn Cardiff staff are taking 'steps' to help local Charities Ty Hafan and Scope. This afternoon they take on a walk to Cardiff Bay and back as well as an in house bake sale. Thursday evening will see the staff delve into a charity quiz night. The staff will also be holding a lucky dip for guests at reception with some exciting prizes to be won.

Wow, what a team, Jury's Inn Cardiff is! Visited for a 3 night stay from Belfast and I was blown away by the professionalism of the entire team, the customer service is phenomenal. If you stay at this hotel you can be sure that they will go out of their way for you. They made me feel so welcome and as if they knew me for years. The room I stayed in was spotless and comfortable. The restaurant has a good selection of food. It is cooked right and is presented with thought. The staff are very informative and are presented flawlessly. The decor is modern and stylish. I will definitely be back! Thank you for making my stay relaxing and enjoyable.

Would highly recommend!! �Check in at 1 pm was very friendly and efficient. The room was spotlessly clean and spacious.

Amenities included a full size iron and ironing board, easy to use safe, fridge. The super king size bed was so comfortable and clean!! Plenty of storage space and really effective air conditioning system for the room.

We'd reserved a parking space and asked if we could leave the car there for an hour after check out. The staff were very helpful and informed us we could leave it there for the day if we wished!! At £15 this is excellent considering usual prices to park in Cardiff!!!

Ideally positioned in the city centre. Will definately be staying here again!!! ���

Welcoming receptionist, lovely big, clean room, well fitted bathroom- great! The food in oddsocks downstairs in the restaurant was also excellent- well cooked, presented and priced! Really good breakfast selection from pastries through to full English- delicious.

Thoroughly recommended hotel!

We stayed here for 4 nights this week due to the snow & so that we could get to our shop, Perfection Bridal. The staff were so kind and helpful and made us feel really welcome. Fab room, yummy breakfasts & a lovely gesture of hot chocolate and Welsh cakes for all guests. Will definitely be recommending you guys, great job. Suzanne & Darren x

We seriously are immensely grateful to Leanne, Nicky and everyone else at The Jury’s Inn Hotel!!! Everybody was amazing and our weekend spent with you guys has truly been the best! Our day has been so special because of everything you guys did! �

This is the second time my boyfriend and I have stayed here and both experiences were amazing. We arrived this morning and went inside to find out what time check-in was, fully expecting to wait until 14:00 like most places, however Claire assured us that she would see if we could get into our room straight away. This is a minor thing but meant the world to us as we really wanted to unload our belongings into the room and get changed. Claire was very chatty and friendly and enquired about our visit to Cardiff and we said it was our anniversary to which she immediately upgraded us for free. Again, such a huge deal for us as the room is superb! Clean, tidy, welcoming and a pleasure to stay in. I can not fault it at all. All in all a wonderful, easy going experience which has insured a customer for life out of me.



The ONLY piece of criticism I have is that when we went into the bar for a drink before venturing into town, there was no music, just total silence. This makes a bizarre atmosphere when all you can hear is the air con and one other lady eating. This really is a silly detail to pick up on.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating and the hotel itself is always immaculate. We had a lovely time and will definitely be returning.

The staff are really friendly and professional our stay was an experience I've never had before rose you are a diamond the hotel room was lovely very clean and tidy, the bed was really comfortable, tea and coffee available we had a tv wifi, we was given free complimentary drinks and breakfast on arrival then later a bottle of persecco I will be returning with my bestie soon and my partner on our next anniversary highly recommend you stay here just wow xxx

The room was fresh and clean and spacious, the staff courteous and helpful. We were lucky enough to get a space in the car park. My daughter and I both had a quiet good nights sleep and the bed was very comfortable followed by a good breakfast. The hotel is well positioned for the stadium, castle and shopping. We will be using again and will recommend. Thank you for enhancing our visit

Jury’s Cardiff is exceptional; I get treated so well here every visit without fail. It’s a beautiful hotel in a great location with a team of absolute superstars. There’s no getting rid of me now I’ll never stay anywhere else in this town! �

A really great check-in from Rosie, she made us feel so welcome and made time to assist us with a few things. Hotel is in a great central location and the rooms are a decent size with a nice big comfortable bed. We will stay again.

Booked this hotel after deciding to spend Christmas with daughters bf Family.

Easy booking system car parking isn’t cheap at £15 a night, but it is city centre (but limited spaces).

Room is comfortable and well appointed with good facilities and well laid out too.

My only real complaint would be the worlds nosiest floors not only in my room but could hear people walking round in other rooms too.

Breakfast was interesting, as a 62 year old I felt very young!

The breakfast is a standard fare of cooked buffet food, my only complaint was the bacon was a bit hard.

The juices were frankly odd, tasting more of Lipton’s tea than orange and apple.

Nice coffee with various bread products and other standard trimmings.

Staff are very polite and helpful, as you get your buffet, when you return to your table used dishes have disappeared

Was in good location, but depended where your room was for disturbance in the evening. Staff were friendly although waited about 10mins to be seated for breakfast & it was really quiet. Breakfast was tasty, probably it's saving point as I'd not have returned, don't know if I would, the room was quite small & dingy, it was really (really) dusty & looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in a while. Large bed but not the comfiest. An OK experience overall, but by time breakfast, car parking & room rates were paid wasn't the cheapest so would expect more cleanliness if not quality.

The room was boiling, the aircon didn't seem to work very well due to my late arrival I didn't try to get it rectified (my responsibility). The gluten free breakfast is pathetic at best. In this day and age most places have switched to anything that can be gluten free is, very sad packet of cornflakes and really crap bread. It's an obvious after thought, not something they have tried to make tasty. I won't be back there are better places for the same price locally where you can order a nice breakfast. Also eggs and bacon very overdone sitting in oil. Staff are pleasant here.

My sister is getting married here next month. There are several rooms booked for relatives, including myself, some of whom are travelling from afar.

We have been told today that we are not allowed access to our rooms until after 2pm. The wedding begins at 1pm.

We now have nowhere to get ready and cannot travel in our wedding clothes.

Due to ringing 5 times yesterday around 5pm and receiving no answer my mother has just been to the Hotel in person to sort this out and your receptionists could not have cared less about our predicament nor could they have cared less that we may now have to cancel all our rooms.

I am disgusted that you have no flexibility in order to help us in this situation and this has spoiled that part of this occasion for us.

I would appreciate a reply.
