### UPDATE### So after a very frustrating day calling our provider many times and talking to the open reach guys we've had our phone line taken over by talktalk who are providing the chap who has just moved into the flat above us. I will be given a temporary no on a couple of days and they are going to try and take my old no back but this won't be right away 😡🤬 Please spread the word and share as much as you can to let all know the issue with the phone line. ALSO as the phon...e line isn't working I'm unable to take card payment until this is rectified. I'm so sorry for the inconvenience xxx guys we seem to have a problem with the phone line, someone has taken my line so we're not able to take calls at mo. Somehow I have been given a different no 😡😠🤬 I have been onto my provider and they're looking into it and say I should have it back on the original no soon. Just a small reminder that the shop will be closed from next Thursday 20th june in to sat 29th due to me getting married n having a few nights away. If u require an app I'm here this week then next Mon Tues n Wed xxx

As some of u may know I'm getting married very soon. 💖 so a little info on dates xx Next week we are opening on Monday, we are then closed the Friday n sat as I'm away on my hen doo We also close on Friday 21st until sat 29th June for my wedding n a little break in Ibiza. Another date for the diary is sat 24th aug until Tuesday 3rd Sep we will be closed as I'm off to Vegas for my honeymoon. I hope this is not of too much of an inconvenience to u all n ur little beauties xxx

As it's Easter weekend next weekend and also my birthday we will be closed from Friday 19th and reopen Tuesday 23rd.
Also a small reminder that the door at the counter is a NO ENTRY. This area is FORBIDDEN and our priority is the safety of the pooches in our care. We often let dogs out of the kennels especially if they are young, old, get distressed in cages and if they are awaiting collection for a longer period of time. Dogs can get anxious a...nd when they are able to wander round they relax in the environment, some of our older dogs struggle to lie down in the kennels so we allow them to wander n find their own comfortable space. Everything we do in our salon is for the safety and care of the dogs and people just walking in is putting that at risk.!! So this is another polite message to ask some of you to respect our policies please and keep our furry visitors safe 😀

Well that's it for my holidays this year 😀 so hours and days are back to normal 9-4 Tues,we'd,Fri n 9-1 Thurs n sat obviously at busier times we are open later. Also we are taking bookins for our festive period so if u are wanting a Christmas appointment then please book in. We get chocka block at Christmas. I don't mind working the extra hours atall and as long as ur booked in I'l work all night but when the days are full I won't be squeezing the extras in this year I'm afraid. Don't forget guys I'm on holiday from Saturday for a week x I open back up on Sunday 23rd. Will still squeeze people in this week n work later if required to get ur pooches in before I go. The girls will be here next week to take calls n sort appointments while I'm away so don't panic xx

So today we had the pleasure of grooming 💙Alfie💙 he is a 3.5 year old working dog n has an extra special nose xx He’s a drug and pyrotechnic detection dog so bravely works alongside his handler lisa at football matches, festivals and nightclubs. We all have so much love for this amazingly talented little dog and can't wait till his next visit xx 💙🐕

Just a little info on the upcoming couple of months x I will taking my family holiday from sat 15th Sep to sat 22nd Sep and I'm also closed on sat 29th 🙈 I know it's 3 Saturdays in a row closed but I will be open on Sunday 23rd to help with this so it shouldnt affect appointments too much (hopefully). I'm also going away on Tuesday 9th October till sat 13th as we're off to visit family. After this it's knuckle down time to get all u lovely lot in for our Christmas period. 🙈 sorry to mention the 'C' word but this year has gone super quick and it's fast approaching 😱 if u would like to book ur christmas appointment then drop me a msg. As u all know we get extremely busy at this time of year so please book in early enough so I can get u all in xx

Hey guys.
Just informing u all there will be a slight increase in the cost of grooming from the 1st September. This is due to the constant rise of products, rates and staff costs. Unfortunately this is unavoidable so you have my apologies. Thank you for ur cooperation and understanding and I really appreciate the support from all my customers old and new.
