Wow my friend & i had another wonderful time at kaspas. Ordered the the cookie dough with bueno topping.. omg so delicious. Staff are so helpfull & the manager Amir was very attentative... You will not be dissapointed with a visit to the best Kaspas in the UK... x x x x

The staff was great but the food very limited. There were no starters or main courses on the menu that we liked the look of so we all just had desert. To be fair the desert menu was quite extensive compared to other restaurants in the area but as we are all overweight and diebetics, we really were just after some soup and a roll, and some chips (and then desert) and 12oz steak plus Coke. Overall a little disappointed. I would recommend going here but maybe just for desert (after an all you can eat buffet). To be fair they did have coke thinking about it but only in tiny 330ml bottles so we got some 2 litre bottles from the Spa across the road.

Love kaspas desserts my favorite is the crepes . So tasty, my son loves all the different varietys of ice cream he's always spoilt for choice when we finish

Food was 5**** service wasn't,never been before,no greeting and the leave you with a menu and just don't come back,didn't realise you need to go to the counter to order,don't think any staff member even spoke to us except to give a yes or no answer,but like I said, best crepe I've ever had !!!

Great place to go for a treat only problem was quite a long wait after ordering until got put on the table chocolate bar milkshakes weren't very tasty
We order white chocolate waffle and it turn out to be something else strawberries waffles with chocolate sauce and whip cream instead, the shakes were nice and I ordered the caramel ice cream for my lil girl and she enjoyed it. My hubby ordered hazelnut Latte which was ok, not as good as Creams. Also we stood by the counter to order foods at least 5 mins before someone else come to take the order which is ridiculous, not enough people working there.
My partner went there today to order food an take out couldnt order as wouldnt accept cash fair enough card payments as maybe michine broke but cash bit stupid what about all the kids that wsnts to go there only has cash not professional
I’d say service was poor, staff seemed to have a bit of an attitude like they couldn’t be bothered, cutlery thrown on to table when we asked for extra. It was quite empty but table was sticky. Food was ok. We only tried, won’t go back, cocos is nicer.
Food was amazing although service is shocking ! Ordered cookie dough to be told it will take 15 mins (which was fine) cookie dough and waffles came but ended up waiting a further 15 mins for an ice cream - at this point everyone had finished their desserts and one person was left eating alone. Wasn't particularly busy was lots of spare booths x
Service was terrible, ordered waffles and hot drinks, the staff forgot about the hot drinks 20 mins before reminding them. After reminding them they still didn't bring it out until a further 10/15 minutes at least 30 minutes without services
Not the nicest service. Too busy to be kind. Too busy to be personal and make it unforgetable experience. Also the waffles has lack of toppings. Look at America's or polish. They do waffles with plenty of fruits and other toppings, so from me lack of creativity. Also menu is gluten free unfriendly, they claim what is gluten free/milk free/egg free but they don't guarantee it so it's pretty much eat and see what it will do. Also the allergens are available only for ice-creams not for shakes and rest. We had really nice bubble gum and skittles shakes, that was tasty and can recommend it. Other than that also I was disappointed with lack of customer approach when asking for a smallest changes to a menu, making our visit not as pleasant.
Nice food but not the cleanest of restaurants and the toilets really need a refurb. In all more cleaning staff required. Will be taking my business to Coco Gelato in the future.
Ice cream and waffle outstanding, customer service awful no interaction with customer and any acknowledge that we where there, uniforms was dirt from their tops to their shoes. Will not be going back �
Food was lovely, service terrible and the tables, floors and toilets were disgusting! No one to greet us, put at a dirty table and food all over the floor. Given menus with food stuck to them. Ordered food as it was a treat for my son's birthday. It wasn't busy, table were full but noone waiting to be served at the checkout. It was a Sunday at 5pm. Took 20 mins for a pancake and sundae to arrive, 30 mins later we had to ask where the 2 waffles were. The womens toilet (singular) was broken, the toilet seat was only held on by 1 screw and there was no toilet roll. Very disappointed with the service and will not be going again!
Your customer service skills are lacking, maybe need training on how to treat people! Looked like they want to murder you! Was hurrendus!

Your customer service is beyond help, and I'm pretty sure my waffle was raw? Either way it was horrendous.

Went here about a year ago and it was great, just come back from there today and what a difference customer service was terrible walked in and nobody come to greet us so stood there like idiots, when ordering I stood by the till for nearly 10 minutes while workers just looked at me before someone come from the back to serve, then when orders come they forgot the drinks to be fair we couldn't even be bothered to ask for them we ate and left, and upon leaving the place not even a thank you for coming, the place has become a joke from a good buzzing place with great food and customers service to becoming an overrated ice cream shop with terrible service, I now understand why the place was so dead for a sunny Saturday afternoon �
We visited Kaspas Sunday evening and were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the venue. It was my first time and the fact that the floors and work stations were very dirty was very off putting.
We came into kaspas with my 6 month pregnant wife and she went into the toilets and slipped flying, no signs in toilets nothing! I am absolutely fuming! She went to tell someone and no1 even asked if she's OK we will never be coming back here again
Terrible customer service. Took half an hour to get a scoop of ice cream for the kids, we ended up having adults deserts before the kids ice cream which obviously didn't go down well with the little ones. I mean how long does it take to put a scoop of ice cream in a bowl!!
Staff were very rude. Wouldn't recommend. Won't be returning anytime soon. Bad service my order took a long time was refused my birthday milkshake. Staff Shouted at my 1 year old very aggressive towards us.
I’m not one to usually complain but the experience that myself and my party received this evening couldn’t go unrecognised.
Myself and 7 other people went to kaspas on City Road, Cardiff this evening as a total party of 8 for my sisters birthday meal. To say we were very highly disappointed and appalled with the standards of service we received is the least. We split the order in to two. The first order consisted of 2 waffles and a pot of strawberry’s. The second order consisted of 1 cookie dough, 1 waffle, 1 hazelnut sundae, plain vanilla ice cream, 1 shake and 1 smoothie, despite this the order was not prioritised as the food just came at whatever times it wanted as I will explain.
We waited about 15 minutes for the cookie doughs to appear, we had no sign of any other food for a further 15 minutes and then the 3 waffles showed up, with dirty cutlery, just a fork for each; no spoons for ice cream? and leaving both children without food, very upset and it was like they were being teased, again no sign of the shake or smoothie ordered. My sisters food was cold as she had to go and complain. She then spoke to a manager and upon speaking to a manager, he asked for a receipt as proof of what we ordered, surely you should be able to see what we have ordered on the computer or have a log of this information? We had to search for the receipt just to prove we weren’t lieing, which it felt like we were possibly being accused of. The man then apologised and said sorry we have been busy on the crepe section and yes of course we appreciate it is pancake day but I’ve worked in this industry ice cream is nothing to do with crepes? And when questioned about the shake and smoothie he didn’t have an answer for that. He offered compensation, an offer of ice cream? He then said ‘talk to me, we want our customers to leave happy’ he gave us a free drink of sprite as we didn’t want anymore ice cream, we appreciated this. However, my sister feels her birthday has been ruined as she had to complain. Only upon complaining did we receive the remaining ice creams, shake and smoothie. I’m sorry but how hard is it to put vanilla ice cream in a container? Apparently very. The overall experience in this kaspas has most definitely felt me feeling like I don’t want to return to a kaspas at all in the near future after the standards of service received here. As a customer and customers this evening we were extremely dissatisfied.
For the first time tonight/this evening I went there with my kids for a treat, they had a gift Voucher for their Christmas present and only today I found them, we got there and stuff were Iffy about us spending BOTH vouchers in one go, reliantly they allowed us to, it was a Two Ten pound Vouchers, which in Total came to £18 in which they also kept the two kid left over... we sat at the table and had our order, in which towards the End we realized there were a fly on the Ice-cream.. ( there's a video of it on my page to prove it ) feeling neglected and belittled about the fuss over us using the TWO vouchers in one go , I didn't have the guts to rightfully complain about such an Unhygienic insect on our Desert... Shockingly enough from the outset the place looks well posh and clean, I guess as the saying goes Never Judge A Place By it's Looks Alone....
