I have been decorating cakes since i 1997 while i worked at celebration cake centre in Bristol, moved here to the beautiful wye valley in 2000 and took a break from decorating and became a nanny for a while but still keeping my hand in!
I then started my own business 6 years ago when i had my first child and have been making cakes for Salt and Pepper, a stint with Goodrich Castle and whoever requires them since. I am registered with Environmental Health and have regular checks from my officer Tracy Evans.
