Great shop ride today at @coedybrenin. Something a bit different, with two groups heading out to do various different loops. A great time was had by all (except my poor cramping legs!). Thanks to @rideguidecymru for the organisation as always! 🤙🏼

A sweltering afternoon in the shop calls for a taste test of the @veloforte Solo drink powder in ‘Golden Apricot & Sage’ flavour. Those bits are real fruit! Super refreshing and gives you all you need to stay hydrated with just 5g of carbs. 😎

Bike not shifting well? When was the last time you cleaned your jockey wheels? It’s amazing how much crap can build up on them, and they’ll really affect the performance of your bike. You don’t have to do a perfect job, just grab a flat-head screwdriver and scrape off the gunk. 👍🏼

Massive sidewall slash and another in the top of the tread, plus a ding in the rim. Three gummy worms in, and @peatysproducts Tubeless Sealant has taken care of the rest. Incredible what this stuff will seal!

Our next shop social ride is pencilled in for Saturday 13th July. This time we're heading away to Coed y Brenin forest park. All abilities welcome as there are trails there for everyone. It'll be a sort of self-guided affair and you're welcome to pick and choose your own route(s) depending on ability, etc.
