What to expect at Kelly's Top of The Town .

We have now added a phone number for orders however we apologise as we have been unable to answer some calls during very busy periods.

We apologise, due to an unforseen personal incident we were unable to open this evening however we will reopen again tomorrow.

We are closed today until 5pm for staff training

Just out of Kelly's top of The Town in Newcastle with my Husband, we called in quite late and we were greeted with such a friendly welcome and nothing was too much bother they are closing at 12midnight and made sure we sat down for a meal half an hour before close, The owner is such a nice Chap! The food was tasty and haven't are chips like it in a long time, Keep it up- We definitely now know our Regular spot on our trips to Newcastle :)

Called in here on the 12th with husband & kids and was not disappointed food was outstanding and great customer service, was no table service but girl came and took our order and served us our dinner, highly recommend and would definitely go back when visiting newcastle.

Absolutely delicious food from Kelly’s top of the town!!!! It’s been a very long time since there has been as good a chip shop in Newcastle!!!!! Wonderful friendly staff really fresh tasty food! Top marks��

Was nice food and plenty of it but for me some of the staff was not Pleasant for when one of my family member had said give us a few mins and the girl didn’t seem to be to happy that we had asked to give us a min while we seen what we want and we when and sat down and another girl came right over to us and say we sitting down we didn’t know u had to say to them that we were sitting to have our meal some of the staff was not at all pleased at us so yes I will call some time again the food was nice but the staff didn’t seem to me to happy at us.
