CLASSES UPDATE
I am prepared to keep the classes running tonight as I only walk to the studio, however if you know it is difficult for you to get to the studio from where you are then please delete your reservation as soon as possible.
If the numbers end up being just a couple I will cancel the classes as I do not want anyone taking unnecessary risks to get to class.

Just a quick reminder that there are no classes this morning.
The 2 evening classes at present are fully booked so if you are on the waiting list please keep an eye for any cancellations.
Both Rebounding and Bootcamp have a strict maximum capacity so if you are not on the first 20 (15 for Rebounding) please do not just turn up as you will not be able to participate.

****CHANGES TO THE TIMETABLE***
I will be trialling a new Rebounding class at 6pm on Wednesday which will replace the Suspension Blast and Metafit....this is a trial due to the demand of reboundining.
... Wednesday night's Kettlercise class will now be a 45minite session starting at 7pm still.
I have been trialling the 3 in a row Tuesday night metafits and have decided to go back to the 2 starting at 5:15pm and 6pm.
I will welcome any comments from the above changes.

Extra Metafit at 5:30pm today!!!
To alleviate the numbers at 6pm there is now an extra Metafit session at 5:30pm so if you are booked on at 6pm please feel free to change it to 5:30pm if that suits you better.
There is also another 5:30pm tomorrow as well. 6pm classes are full so here's a chance to still get your Metafit buzz tonight and tomorrow #noexcuses #fitfam #hitnewyearhard

I would like to wish you all a Happy New Year.
As we begin to step into 2019 there will be alot of new people making the choice to lead a healthier lifestyle. For some it could be the very first time they will be stepping into a fitness studio and could be very nervous so can I ask all of you who have used the studio, old and new to please post a comment about what the studio has done for you and how you feel.
