Keystrokes Training Services

Keystrokes was established in December 2008 and is growing year by year. I, Richard Walters am the Director of Keystrokes training and provide freelance training services to the Public and Private sectors. I work in collaboration with established training partners including NILC Training and Computeraid Wales. I provide regular IT training through a variety of different methods including classroom, online and video training. IT Training is provided using Microsoft Office Applications from beginner to advanced level. IT Training is delivered in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, Publisher, Visio and Project. Training is also offered to an accredited level in ECDL, ECDL Advanced and Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) accredited training. Training is also available for Apple Macbook users with MS Office training for Mac users. Business Skills Training is also provided for accredited and non accredited train the trainer training. Accredited Education and Training (EAT) Level 3 training is provided by request. All training is provided to an exceptional standard and inclusive for all delegates. First Class references and training feedback can be provided if required.
