Kfc

They never get your order right, and I once found a standard (non catering) sticking plaster in my meal bag.
I'm giving them two stars, because at least their food is hot these days. The second star is because I like star wars, and the place reminds me of the mos eisley cantina.

Ffs KFC youve got to have a look at the running of this place, its awful. At peak time 5pm youve got one poor lad serving a que to the door, no sign of any other members of staff there, hardly any chicken on display, chips not ready and two members of staff on or off duty brazingly walking from the back to get themslelves a drink.. awful customer service and as fast food goes..well..what a joke, 3rd in que and still there 15 minutes later.. sort it out...time to walk out and a get a mcdonalds...useless!!

Food was fine but no staff on clear up. Whole time we were in the three tables beside us looked like a party of chimps had been in. Food all over the floor. TBF you might expect customers to at least have the human decency to clear their own tables!

Decent food, great coffee. Clean toilets.

The only KFC on the planet that doesnt have any chicken half an hour before closing. lazy ba57ards couldnt be bothered to cook. AVOID. would have given zero stars if I could.

Slowest service, I ve had. Some people gave up in the queue. Spent most of the time chatting to their friends, charged me for a box meal I didn't ask for then didn't give me all the food!

I keep coming back here thinking it might have improved but nothing ever changes. Dry, reheated food, slow service, useless communication between staff, and dirty tables/bathrooms. They close off the toilets way before closing at night to make it easier for themselves and refuse to open them when you ask. Today we were given our drinks with no ice (in 25+ degree heat, no apology or explanation), and honestly the most disgusting KFC chicken I've ever had. Almost slipped on a massive puddle outside one of the toilets with no wet floor sign and was blocked in by chairs when I came out!! Giving up with this place now, I'll go without KFC when I'm in Caernarfon I think. Absolutely shocking experience today!! Appalled.
