Kiln Park Caravan Holidays - Private Hire Description
A spacious Deluxe, 8 berth caravan located less than a minute walk from the main entertainment complex and 10 minutes from the beach and Tenby town; this is your perfect spot for that family or group holiday. We pride ourselves on providing a ŌĆśhome away from homeŌĆÖ where you can enjoy your holiday in comfort, and with the caravan boasting 3 bedrooms and 2 toilets, it makes it ideal for large families or even groups of friends.
Booking directly with the owner not only saves you hundreds of pounds off brochure prices but also allows you to see where you will be staying and which area of the park before you arrive rather than an allocation on arrival basis.
The caravan
3 Bedrooms: 1 x master bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe / 2 x twin single bedrooms (single beds can be pushed together to create a double if preferred). Both twin rooms have over bed storage cupboard. All bedrooms have panel electric radiators.
Pull out double bed also available in the lounge which sleeps a further 2 adults comfortably.
Two separate toilets: Bathroom containing shower, wash hand basin and toilet / Separate second toilet with wash hand basin
Kitchen area: Fridge with freezer compartment, Microwave, Toaster, Sandwich maker, Kettle, Cooker. Pots / Pans and cutlery are provided as well as plates, bowls, cups and glasses. You should find all the utensils you need.
Lounge / Diner: Large, modern lounge with ample seating. Gas fire, TV / DVD Player with free view and a selection of DVDs for your viewing pleasure. Board games, playing cards. Dining table and seating
Car parking space for one car
Patio area with picnic bench and small grass area
Cupboard housing boiler, mop, sweeping brush, vacuum cleaner and ironing board.
A fire extinguisher, smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors are fitted for your safety in the caravan. All rooms have electric panel heaters and the lounge has a cosy gas fire.
Though all bedrooms have pillows and duvets, bottom sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers are NOT provided and we require that the guest brings their own for hygiene purposes.
Hand towels, bath towels and toiletries are also not provided.
Fun passes are not included in the letting price and would need to be purchased on site at reception should you wish to use the park facilities.
Off peak ŌĆō 7 nights ┬Ż22 per adult and ┬Ż11 per child / 3 or 4 nights ┬Ż18 per adult and ┬Ż9 per child
Peak (summer holidays and school holidays) ŌĆō 7 nights ┬Ż31 per adult and ┬Ż16 per child / 3 or 4 nights ┬Ż26 per adult and ┬Ż13 per child.

It has had a massive impact on my family and many others and I am using this page as a way to give a little something back to one of the many centres around the UK who provide care and treatment to patients.
The staff at the South West Wales Cancer Centre at Singleton Hospital have been amazing and so supportive to my mum during her cancer battle and treatment and I am hoping that together we can raise money to support them also.

what a fantastic caravan. I didn't know where I wanted to take my partner on his birthday and then i came across this little gem. I contacted the owner of the caravan who was extremely helpful and ever so kind, the process was quick and easy and I had no problems whilst being there at all. The beds were exceptionally comfy and so so clean I couldn't believe it. I would highly recommend this caravan to anyone. AMAZING !!!!
What a great holiday. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Clean and comfortable caravan. With very friendly and helpful staff. Great activities for all and short walk to beach. Will deffinatley stay again. Thank you.
We stayed in this lovely caravan at the end of May for a week, On arrival the caravan was clean and well equipt, the location was close to all the facilities of Kiln Park. It is also in an ideal location to visit all Tenby has to offer. Booking was easy with a deposit of ┬Ż50 and receipts etc were provided promptly. along with lots of information. The owner provided a contact number and could be contacted should you need her. Thanks Heidi for letting us book your caravan we had a fab time Jan x
We had the best time in Kiln Park - Thank you so much :). Considering the caravan is an 8 berth, 12 of us spent the entire day and 9 of us slept overnight! The caravan was so spacious and modern and the spot was perfect for access to the facilities whilst being in a quiet area at the same time. Can't wait to go back again. Summer can't come quick enough xx

Heidi was really lovely, she contacted me to let me know before hand that there was an issue with the boiler. She rang the maintenance people straight away and it was sorted ASAP.
Would highly recommend and my little girl loved the site!
Loved everything about this place.. kids had a fab time and will be returning.... only small thing that was annoying in our mobile is there was no air conditioning.. but every thing else was spot on ’┐Į’┐Į
Just got back from a week in kiln park again cant fault the caravan was lovely & had everything we all needed the walk to the complex is amazing and literally a stone throw away which was perfect for us all.. defonatly recomend and already cant wait to come back n stay again.. thankyou again heidi xx

Dinasoir park and manor zoo are fab.The caravan itself is lovely and clean with all u need for a self catering break.litterally a 1 min walk to complex to.heidi is always at the end of phone if u need anything. Can't say enough good things about Kiln Park. Staff are so friendly and the people around the area are the same. The holiday goers are also great and we have made some good friends over the years travelling to Kiln Park. Unfortunately we couldnt go this year. Its a second home to me and my family now. Hopefully we will be back real soon.
