great estate agents got me the maximum price for my property , actually got me 3k above asking price, not sure why other reviewers call this a negative, surely that's who the estate agents represent is the seller not the buyer , will happily recommend to anyone

Excellent service. They sold my property within 3 days for full asking price and the buyers completed very quickly and smoothly. Great hospitality and service, they kept me updated throughout the sales process and i fully recommend them.
Very bad
Viewed a property , made an offer below asking price which was refused. Fair enough -asked what the vendor would accept and matched that offer. Over the moon when offer was accepted. Within an HOUR Agent rang back to say someone else had.offered full price-2k more than us.
Gazzumping is alive and well. Buyer beware This agent is not to be trusted as they obviously chased around previous viewers drumming up a bidding war- back to the bad days of the worst kind of estate agents
