Few of us at Kutz n Kurlz on July the 21st are cycling 32.5 miles on the taffs trail from Merthyr Tydfil to Cardiff bay all in aid of dementia and the homeless. We are focusing on Cwrt Mytton nursing home , Plasgeller nursing home and Spectrum homeless project
